The room had a cozy seating area that made us feel right at home. The soundproofing in the double room was a huge plus for a light sleeper like me. Having a tea/coffee maker in the room was so convenient for our morning pick-me-up. We enjoyed watching our favorite shows on the cable TV provided. The free in-room WiFi made it easy for us to stay connected throughout our stay.
Personally, I didn't really care for the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand that others might appreciate it.

The Stay of Laughs: From the moment I walked into Vicolo 22 B & B, I knew it was going to be a delightfully quirky experience. The staff had a great sense of humor and welcomed me with a warm smile that could rival the sun in Rome.
Temperature Tango: The only minor issue encountered during my stay was the shower's tendency to switch between hot and cold water unexpectedly.

My mind was blown by the jaw-dropping location of this place! It was super convenient to have amazing restaurants right around the corner, and the staff was unbelievably helpful. The room was just perfect for the two of us, with a flat-screen TV and even an electric kettle. The VIP check-in/-out made us feel like celebrities, and the cots provided were a nice touch. The breakfast at the cozy bar nearby was a great way to start the day, with delicious croissants and cappuccino. And let me tell you, the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during those hot days. our stay was simply fantastic!

the rooms with tv and the bedroom, for instance. fantastic and good location, close to castel sant'angelo castle. based right by restaurants, stores and 2blocks of piazza navona, most attractions with exception of coliseum, and cafés.

We had an amazing stay at Vicolo 22! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the beautiful sights and enjoy the bustling streets of Rome. The facilities were clean and modern, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One specific situation that stood out to us was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided great room service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we highly recommend Vicolo 22 for anyone visiting Rome!
Although the shower temperature was a bit erratic, we were able to find a way to regulate it so it wasn't a major issue for us. Additionally, the lively neighborhood did make it a bit difficult to sleep at times, but with the help of earplugs, we were still able to get a good night's rest.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very close to all the main tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and although it was a typical Italian breakfast , it was satisfying. The staff, especially Guido, were very nice and accommodating. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that the rooms were very quiet and isolated despite being in a busy neighborhood.
No. The hotel met all of my expectations and I had no complaints.

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping connections to public transport and tons of amazing places to eat and drink nearby. Super comfortable room with a sofa bed for short rests. The double glass window kept out the noise from the busy pedestrian street at night. Owners were incredibly friendly and accessible via WhatsApp. The facilities were clean, and the room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and VIP check-in/out service. There were no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. Cots were available if needed. The owners even helped us coordinate a paid airport shuttle for our departure. Can't wait to stay again!
